| I have over a thousand CDs that I need to store. What's the largest storage unit you have? | ||
|
Our largest unit holds 576 CDs with 8 shelves. Additional
shelves can be added for an even larger unit. We recommend limiting the
number to 11 shelves overall for the best stability. We have several customers
who have ordered numerous LS-576 units each year as their collections
grow.

| I have a special space that I need to fit, what's the largest heighth and width? | ||
| The 576-unit is 63-1/2" tall and 31-1/2" wide. We also provide custom units that can be built to fit your specific space requirements. Just give us your dimensions and we'll provide a custom quote. |
| Does it come put together or do I have to assemble it? | ||
| The STORAdisc and STORAvid units are shipped unassembled in 2 boxes. The shelves are packaged in one box and the sides in another. We provide a quality Allen wrench to assist in the assembly of the unit with fasteners easily attaching the shelves to the sides- it will normally take you approximately 30 minutes to put the unit together. The STORAmedia units are packaged in several boxes, depending on the style and size selected. Since the fasteners are identical, they use the same Allen wrench to assemble and will require about the same amount of time. |
| What are these made out of? Are they laminated wood? | ||
| No, the hardwood series consists of hand-selected, solid hardwoods that are matched for grain and color with a hand-rubbed poly-oil finish. The textured finishes are applied to a high-quality cabinetry stock that is extremely durable. Both are structurally sound and of superior quality. |
| I have furniture that I would like to match, can you do that? |
| We can match any type of wood by creating a custom stain or by ordering the type of wood you desire. You can send us a sample to match or request the specific wood to match your decor. |
| Are there sliding rods or pegs to hold the CDs together? |
| No, a specialized non-slip material is applied to each shelf which slightly cushions and lightly grips each jewel case in place. A single CD or DVD stays upright and will not collapse against another as cases are removed and replaced. |
| I've done alot of research looking for quality storage units, nothing seems to be very sturdy. Yours look pretty strong. Are they? |
| The solid construction offers ultimate sturdiness because of the overall structural design. At eye level, the Library Series allows an unobstructed view of each CD or DVD title on each shelf - simultaneously. This is achieved by structurally stair-stepping each shelf so that they are positioned coming forward providing complete viewing of an entire collection. Adjustable leveling feet are provided as well to insure overall stability. |
